Hello, I would need some help. I posted about my problem to support, just curious is anyone else has similar problem. After last update, when I launch game, login screen appear, after data is entered next is Welcome to Arkadia screen. And that's it, nothing happening after that, welcome screen just standing there, progressbar not even changing. Processor usage is like nothing is started, disk usage likewise. When I check task manager it says program running. I tried to update graphic drivers, reinstall game in different folder, still same. Have no clue what is going wrong. Any suggestion what could be the cause?
Might help to know what version of windows you are running as in the newerr versions you can set the program startup to run in older modes -might also be worth while in the client settings dropping your internet connection down - trying safe graphics mode. Again is it an older computer - newer one as in the tools section of the client loader theres a reset - windows mode might be worth checking these to see if you can then get the main sessions setup. might be worth trying in windowed mode and different resolutions and see if this then works for you. Personally on an older laptop i still use the 32 bit client as this resolves Entropia Tracker screen grabs from going black
Whenever I have the loading screen frozen like that, it's due to a CTD beforehand. Have you tried to click the repair button, and then remove the found unexpected files? That tends to fix that issue for me. Worth a try?
Thanks for advices, it is working now. I downloaded all planets, had only Arkadia on new installation and started in safe mod. After that I changed in low settings and working again. OS is XP.
