I am a level 23 paramedic, and I offer my services for decay.
I got my own S.I.H.E.A.R.T. at tier 3. I always use the enhancers free of charge. I can always remove the enhancers on requests.
For (L) tools, I can use up to GYRO FAP-26 (37.9-66.0 / 49.5-66.0)

Hunter for hire.

Support hunter during events, missions and instances. With level 30 evade and 165hp I can be a nice addition to your hunts. I have skills across the board, so it is best if you contact me in game or on the forums if you are thinking about hiring me so we can discuss the details.
I bring my own S.I.H.E.A.R.T. and armor, and request only decay for it.
