Is Celeste Outpost moving?

    I was shocked to see the cool looking command center transport ship sitting over the Celeste Outpost Command Center. Is the IFN relocating the outpost in preperations for something new?

    If you have not seen the ship it is worth taking a few seconds to go look it has an interesting design.

    Yea it looks like a transport ship. Kinda neat looking.
