So I just tried to log in and got the dreaded "An Internal Error Has Occured" and "Timeout at Login" errors multiple times over past hour. When I went to the support page to file a stuck ticket to be moved to a different server I saw a FAQ that popped up about it that said:

I receive the message “A timeout has occurred during the login process”
Go to your account pages, click the Manage Account button and make sure any settings under Contact Information are not empty. If there is any information missing please fill it out and then try to login again.

I had not listed a contact phone number on my account. I listed it and updated my account info and tried to login and it worked right away. Kinda weird that not having updated account info is causing Internal Errors when trying to login.

Anyways try it if you have an issue logging in it might help.

This happens usually when the server you logged of is overpoppulated, meaning Quarry or Celeste Outpost or Celeste Harbour. This causes some lag that in some machines takes longer to load stuff / avatars. That's why I always logoff on a place where not many people go (some even said had no TP near me).

Yep I was at Steadfast TP when I last logged. I don't log on populated servers either. Its just weird I tried for an hour to log then once I updated my contact info as suggested by MA on the stuck ticket page I was able to login no problems.
