wow.. I figured I would take a break from mining and go hunt some Tirak for a bit and grind more on the mission. I learned several things.. 1st and foremost Someone at Mindark needs a serious punch in the face for starters. What would possess these (insert something here as I cant even find a term that describes them properly) to add to not only misses, and the recent mob evaded your attack, but the fact now the barrel of your gun swings around like a cock in a porno when trying to shoot something and your hand isn't even touching your mouse. If I were a serious hunter I would be all up in MA's shit on this one as you are gonna get soooooo screwed on heal costs and armor damage because your weapon wont stay on target.. Oh yeah and a HUGE thank you for server stability upgrade again.. back to getting kicked off more times in an hour then I have in a year.. Please Mindark I BEG you.. STOP trying to modify the game until your reading comprehension skills allow you to understand terms and words the same way as the rest of the world does. Doesn't it not bother your conscious the way things turn out when you make changes? Id be so embarrassed to put my name on a product with the lack of quality that is being released by you guys EVERY time you do something. Id have to seriously think about sitting down with professional help after that many fails.
Well at least after the patch the waving around all over has stopped.. Didn't help the turning completely around when using right click to walk into range. Hit boxes on the mobs I hunted today are way smaller now. I was lucky to land a second shot or more as mobs ran in after the pulling shot because their hit boxes kept unlocking even when I tried pulling health bars off and shooting that way. Even when they are standing in front of you. You don't get to get a shot off as they twist their bodies to swing at you. Again the hit boxes disappear and you are not allowed to shoot. Watch how many times you fire and do no damage and don't spend ammo if you try to shoot with left clicking. BTW they continue hitting you un interrupted raising heal costs and armor decays exponentially over what it used to cost. Mine jumped by 30+ ped on 300 ped ammo runs on oratan miner bot youngs.
The mobs I tried today I had no trouble shooting, maybe you can share which mobs are giving you trouble?
Well did oratan miner young , ton's of tirak, feran are dam near un hittable before I gave up. Every mob now seems to have become Olympic sprinters as well...used to be able to get off 3 to 5 shots at range on most mobs now if you can reload 2x before they are biting you that is a lot. I was hunting Longu before I came back to Ark and holy crap they look like the fat guy in football that got the interception and ran it back for the touchdown. The only difference is I killed em before they could make it to the bench for oxygen.
