How to meet Private SIng in Protection Inspection mission?

I'm doing the Protection Inspection mission and have managed to go to the Aakas chambers. The next thing to do was to go and Meet up with Private SIng near the Oratan Camp. I have gone to the place indicated on teh map nad am now 0m from Private SIng, but there is no sign of him. I am on top of a hill but there appears to be no tunnels to get me under the hill as there was at Aakas Chambers - I've gone all the way round the hill but found nothing. Anyone can help me with this?

I've watched (part of) that video - but after getting Aakas Chambers you show a mission "Inspect the Oratan village". I didn't get that one, I got "Meet up with Private SIng" instead. I have gone to the Oratan camp as well but this does not help me find Private SIng. Maybe the missions have changed since you did the video?

 

It is possible. I haven't made an update since I made the video because I cannot redo the mission.

I managed to complete the mission. If you are standing on the waypoint you need to move a little bit to the N/E and he's there on the ground next to a rock.
