How to contact entropia tracker support?

    Does anyone know how I can contact entropia tracker support?
    I entered my avatar name differently to the way it is in the game, and I can't change it.
    I have tried uninstalling the tracker and reinstalling it, but when i reinstall it, it remembers my details!
