hello there is no other option to contact about event can you add there more detailed info about points because it looks like the guy in first place for event level 1 got 4 times 5000 points every hour if he have 19+k points per hour looks like he is admin because for me it was giving mostly 5 - 10 points and only 2 times per about 30 hours 1000 points spent on event about 200+ eur and its like I bought the 1st place reward
Sorry to inform you but the player who won wasn't an admin, just a regular player like you and me Heidi did get 3x5k tokens in 1 run which is just pure luck . For me as well the event gave mostly low point tokens. It happens, better luck next time
That's not how many points per hour. it his score of total points / hours (minimum 20 hours) x 20 hours. I personally got 2 x 5k token in one dungeon, 2 more dungeons gave me a 1k tokens, but the rest of my points were low over the 20 hours. Well there's always next year and the xp pills were very handy.
