Dear Adviser, Right now the Arkadia Underground deeds sometimes payout 1 pec per deed. Sometimes they payout 0 pec. Deeds are being sold below the broker price at various auctions on various planets. This way the deeds that are still in the broker won't be sold out anytime soon, because the ones that are bought are bought for the lower than 50 ped price from other players. Are there any plans for underground events to get a higher payout? I currently hold AUDs. Should I also resell them to other players? Or is it worth keeping them? Can you give reasons to hold on to them? Greetings, Spawn
Dobson stated in his most recent on-air interview that the population of Ark has been steadily growing. As the overall skill average increases for the new playerbase, so should activity in the Undergound (by theory). Speculation is a dangerous game. If you have any doubts about investing, don't. If you decide to invest, and can obtain the deeds for 49 ped, then a discounted deed is the obvious choice.
it's a free market somewhat. If you want to part with the deeds you hold, do so. I'll gladly pay you one pec per deed! Honestly, I suspect deed prices will skyrocket once events are down there, instances are not broken, and a few other things happen over the next 2 years or so. Maybe if it gets to be too bad Ark dev team will just put the deeds back in auction instead of on the broker... they put them in the broker to keep them from selling too fast to the rich few... so going back to that might make them go quicker? DON'T TRUST THE AUCTION MARKUP PRICES... resellers are sometimes buying and selling the same deed over and over and over to their alts to manipulate the market to grab a few more deeds for below the broker prices I suspect.
--- Edit: Just looked at the deed MV... as of last week's VU it seems they've finally corrected the "MU per stack" problem; MV is now normalized to show the MU on one deed only. Of course, there are still ways to manipulate MV as with any item but good job for MA fixing that, it was confusing for some and especially with newer players buying into AUDs (less so than CLDs).
