Fruit/stone walking tips

The two main tips are to choose somewhere where there are no mobs, unless you don't mind having to do the occasional bit of fighting - and make sure that you are walking, not running. Running is the default setting, I believe, and unfortunately you never see anything useful on the ground while running.

Well, imo it's more like a guide on how to walk for fruit/stone/dungs, and I think most ppl already know about walking in places with no mobs.

While I'm here, might as well give one tip:
If u're hunting with ranged weapons (laser/blp/mindforce), try walking backwards in different direction while shooting a mob. I often found fruits and stones this way (highest one was 330 papplon ). Also running on steep places also work wonders

Another one:
Walk in a place where it's clear to see fruits or stones or dungs lying on the ground. Places with bright ground colors like desert and greens on daytime

 

If your objective is only to spot fruit and stones, set Entropia as either safe mode or low, so all grass is removed.

Wont miss any that way!

 

put object quality on low it removes pesky grass and most things on the ground "options -> advanced -> objects quality"

clicking "next target" as you walk along will find anything that appears. You don't need to see it first This won't work if you have a pet spawned as you'll be continually finding the pet.

So basically, I can just walk, then click "next target" once, then just relax until it hits a fruit or stones spot? I've just known this

I'll add that the first click will find it (if anything is there) and the next one will automatically pick it up so no need to stop and do that manually with the "pick up" action. Its harder to use this method on Caly since there are fewer areas that are totally mob free unlike Ark where there are huge mob free areas.

Theoretically, you can run. I sometimes find fruit etc when halting a run or just starting to run. But no, not while running.

 

if you double click on the sky on the horizon doesn't it put you in to 'auto walk' mode instead of auto run mode? Also, not sure on this but I think n00b zones have more spawns of the freebie stuff than other areas.

So its confirmed ppl are botting to find fruits/dung/stones and no wonder the prices of 1k of fruits are 15 ped now as for it was 18 to 20 ped. Heard ppl are botting on mobs and pvp and now this too.Fair play is fading away from EU and i didnt want to believe it.great stuff indeed.

 

How does this thread confirm botting? They're just discussing the best way to find it.

 

No need to argue just let it be.nothing will be done anyway.i prefer to enjoy my time playing EU rather than using macros to it for me.no offence at all some ppl use it and some dnt. Some likes advantages its how it is.still good tips realy.

 

I'm not arguing, I'm just confused. I don't see anything in the thread about finding fruit in an underhand way, just tips on how to find it while walking or hunting. Maybe I missed something.

 

Its not my thread so i stop now.as far as i seen ppl explain it using macros is a kind of bot doing ur work for u while u are afk.its explained up there.so if ppl are ok with it let it be.i will rather teach someone to get there the correct and hard way just as old players did it when they started.cheers
