    Changes

    • The Hell server on ROCKTropia has been rolled back to pre-14.4 status.
    • The Mission tracker has had a graphical update
    • A new system for representing amplifiers attached to weapons was implemented in 14.4. The new system will allow for much better weapon weapon appearance and customization, however currently amplifiers are not displaying properly on many weapons.
    • The animations for creature corpses have been improved to make it easier to determine if a creature has been looted.
    • Creature AI has been improved so that changes in behavior result in immediate animation responses.
    Fixes

    • An issue causing faulty reports that ‘Entropia Universe did not shut down properly’ appearing several times when launching the Client Loader has been corrected.
    • An issue causing the Locusta space creature to become invisible in some situations has been corrected.
    • An issue causing hotkey actions to be performed when entering digits in the split stack interface has been corrected.
    • An issue causing wrong values to be displayed in the markup history amount column has been corrected.
    • The functionality of the ESC key has been corrected so that it once again removes focus from chat windows, and closes various interfaces.
    • Hit box and targeting has been removed from dead creatures after they have been looted. Looted corpses can be shot through and will despawn after 30 seconds: each corpse after four will initiate faster despawning.
    • Special symbols will now display correctly again (including Russian)
    Known Issues

    • Jumping animations display incorrectly when holding tools.
MindArk and the Planet Partners strive to ensure a smooth and problem-free Version Update. Nevertheless, even after extensive testing some issues may arise after release. Such issues are often addressed via mini-patches directly after a release and in subsequent patches. If you feel that the possibility of encountering minor issues or bugs directly after a Version Update affects your gameplay to an extent that Entropia Universe is not enjoyable, please wait until the mini-patches have been released and any last minute issues have been resolved.

Quite funny how the entire list of fixes are issues that were caused by the previous update.
But least that means they were fixed in a timely fashion. View attachment 8589

I just wanted to ask about the corpses fix: the "improvement on the creature corpses" is the tiny poof of smoke that appears when you loot them? (When they're real close at least, if they are a bit further away, I don't see anything.)
And is it correct that I'm somehow still blocked by the corpses?

This is what happens a lot: I kill a mob, loot it, then click next target and auto shoot. Instead of doing this, after the looting my ava starts to act as if she's been dropped on the head as a baby too many times.
She stumbles to the already looted mob, like this is the first time she's walking on high heels.
Then when she's right on top of it, she starts to poke the corpse with her gun.
After that it's clearly time to hang around a bit, stare to both sides, and do some aimless turning around.
Suddenly she seems to remember that she was hunting, and starts to stumble to the next mob like a 'Project Runway reject'.
Around that time the dead mob disappears, making it a bit less than 30 seconds acting like a tool.

So is this the 'normal' new behavior? Or does she need to seek some 'help'?
Maybe I need to change some (graphic) settings to see the 'loot smoke' and to hunt like a sane person?

I won't deny that I can act ditzy in RL sometimes View attachment 8588 ; but somehow I had hoped my virtual self would be a bit smoother than the RL version. View attachment 8592
