Dear Entropians, Our developers are working hard to resolve the current issues with instability in the system. We are sorry that our status updates have been to scarce during the weekend. A number of stability issues have been identified and a series of server patches will be applied during the day. Applying the server patches will in the worst scenario look like a disconnect to any participant currently on the server in question. A client patch addressing issues found in the client is also being prepared. We don't have a release time specified yet but the patch process will look like any other patch with an inworld message followed by a restart where the clientloader will patch itself. Once again we are very sorry for the problems this has caused you and your experience of Entropia Universe. Good to know. Short notes like this make all the difference. Even given this small amount of communication from MA, on a consistent basis, people would be a lot happier than they are now.
Would be fascinated to know if Planet Partners are financially compensated by MA at various stages of platform related outages and / or issue escalations. Hang in there Dave, et al!
the server went down like 50 minutes ago. im now standing for over 30 minutes at celeste quarry without a single disconnect. there are all green dots on the radar. looks stable.
