What i parature support portal? and why would you have to import them? Wonder how many cases are floating in cyber space that have never been seen and for how long.
Iirc they were switching the program or architecture they used for support tickets when they introduced the in-game ticketing option. I seem to remember them saying something about all previous support tickets would have to be redone as they would't port across properly or something along those lines. Either way, it means i have to redo the support tickets I've had running for well over 12 months (and some of which have been an issue since VU10!!!)
