Is there a way to hide the chat box completely when we play? Sometimes I want to get immersed in the environment! Thanks!
You can hide the HUD by pressing B... or V... one of the two... problem I suppose is that you won't see your health or radar...
You can't do that by default.. At least I couldn't.. They may have changed that... I had to hotkey it myself. You can right-click on the screen and choose to hide Dashboard and icons. I set up the dashboard to B and icons to V -- at the time this was not a default keymapping. Like I said, that may have changed in recent updates, but it didn't start out that way.
you can still "fake" your own healthbar tho I think, pull it out from some attachment on your weapon...
