Cant start a game

    Ok i downloaded the game from the official site installed and did the patching
    entered the starting area and did the tuts and the maybe final? at the dropship where i try to enter the planet an error pops up

    the operation failed due to an internal error

    what should i do?

    Hi kky2927

    Have you fully downloaded planet Arkadia yet ?
    If you hit the "M" key it will open up the navigator for you.
    There you will see a Pause button with a drop down next to it, click on it and select Planet Arkadia then click on the play button "Start download"

    Let me know if this helps or if you are still stuck after fully downloading the planet.

    um thanks for replying
    but i cant seem to find that navigator thing
    pressed M key in the game and nothing came up.
    is it in the game or in the launcher?

    Its in the game itself but might not show up in the start room, Ill test it in a bit to see if the navigator shows up.

    You can try on the launcher to do the update. Click Tools >> Dynamic Content and then checking the box next to Planet Arkadia.
    You should also see the status of how much of Arkadia is downloaded in % on that page. If it shows 100% for Arkadia then there is another issue somewhere stopping you from using the TP. In that case you can select the Repair Tab and click on start to check for errors on the client loader. Do not click yes to delete the 32 bit files if you are planing on using the 32bit client as it sometimes messes up the client and requires Re-installation of the game.

    well downloading every files listed with the Planet Arkadia and doing the repair after it did not solve the issue.
    hope there is another approach to this problem.

    Can you log a support case using the in game support system so the support department can check in the logs whats going on. Right click then select Support Center.

    After you have done that PM me your e-mail address used to register and I will get hold of support to find out whats causing the issue.

    well sadly i cannot do ANYTHING on their support site. the site shows weird glitches(white offset boxes, constant automatic logout)
    Dont know what to do.
    tried IE Chrome Opera but nothing worked.
    guess waiting for them to fix the error(which they might even unaware of) is my best option.
