When I loot duplicate ul bps that arent worth trying to sell, I drop them on the ground for new players. Or at least I used to. Today I get "condition is too low to be dropped".

No skin off my nose as I can TT the bp and pocket the 1pec but is kinda sad to see new features getting in the way of helping others.

Hmmm... I wonder what condition they need to have to be dropped? 0.42?

When I see BPs on the ground left for new players I pick them up and tt them. Not for the peds, to reduce lag.

Yep there's wankers around from time to time. Huge fkn lag from a couple of bps. Sure.
Guess you wont have this problem any more.

Slither, I don't think that's a good thing to admit on the forums. I hope MA fixes this bug. A lot of players appreciate those free low level BPs.

Also guilty of dropping BPs. Also wondered why i couldn't anymore. Intentional or bug?

I think Slither might have the answer :( Honestly I had no idea that dropped BPs cause lag. i find it hard to believe it's a significant amount of lag.

But guys...can't we discuss this in a civilised manner? Looks like nobody has bad intentions, and it' s not hard to see both points-of-view, is it?

Far from thinking Slither's perspective shouldn't be aired on the fora, I rather wish he'd seen fit to air it much sooner, and without the swearwords and insults from the other side.

    jay :)

How much lag is caused when people put down textures for adance floor? Or furniture in an apartment? It's a ridiculous assertion.
I sneeze in it's general direction.
