The G apartments in the Bilton towers are the ones that have 200 item points, a separate room plus the full balcony the lvl 7 has the open balcony (better known as “the penthouse”). Because of its sheer size and item point it was the most sought after apartment.

What I offer is this all three chairs and tools plus start up supplies to get you going. Not only will you have a great business but you will also have a great looking apartment with the most item points in the building with that being 200. What I’m looking for is ped or the classic CLD’s. (*NOTE:* if you paying with CLD’s I exchange 1200ped credit for each) I might also be interested in other items as a partial or full trade. My price fair and I’m open to suggestions but would prefer to keep it as a set. I’m willing to break it up if the price is right. I will let this run for about a week before I separate it unless I get offers I feel are extremely fair for me the seller.
