Yes, I have the same question. when I accept to do the exchange it opens my inventory but I'm not sure what is it that I'm asked to give the bot for the tokens. when asked what I wish to have more of either agility or intelligance I ask for intel because I need plenty of it. please advise
When doing missions you get rewarded with attributes tokens. If you turn in 100 tokens you get one full point of said attribute. Tokes cannot be sold to other players.
It's only the higher stage missions (3-5) that give attributes, so if you're just beginning your missions, you won't have any attribute tokens to exchange.
