Arkoin Vender?

    Did a few instances last night/this morning and have a couple more keys to do.
    Was wondering where the location for the arkoin vender is, and what types of items he(she?) is selling these days.

    Armour parts, plasma and BLP weapons and clothes I think. I'm a little disappointed that there are no laser weapons available. :(
