    I was wondering if anyone knew how often the Arkoin broker is restocked? I keep finding it empty!

    I read this thread some days ago, but was this night i think answer (?) for this subject. I understand armor, tools and weapons have not equal tier numbers. Perhaps is not posible arkoin brokers have unlimited amount of armor parts or weapons because tier numbers change?
