    Dear community,

being a heavy miner i thought i share some data with everyone to make it easier and understandable where to find resources depth wise on Arkadia. Many of you speculate which finder to use or why there is use for several finders. I hope this data will help a bit to understand that resources of different types sometimes need different search depths.

This data has been compiled out of roughly 3000 claims on Arkadia during the last month. Since i havnt found each and every resource yet this post might/will be updated when that changes. As for now the most common and used resources are already in there.

Hope this is useful for non-hardcore miner to choose the right equipment :)

    Hi,

cannot give hard data, but to me it seems:

After the mining change I don't find any more Lyst or Oil at all, or most rarely. When using Z25 or TK120.

Even using Z5 doesn't give me much of this - is it dependent of the skill now maybe?

I'll try rookie finders now for this. Curious about the results :)

    Have a good time!

    Tyvm, Dwiss. Veryy helpful!
But are the given depths minumum, or average?
(they look like averages to me. would find minimum more helpful)

    jay :)

Nice list and looking at quite a bit of my data those do seem to be average depths :)

If you are looking for openly shared data I have a lot of carpet mining results at lots of different depths, in many different places, most still in raw data format and needs to be organized. But I could find time while playing to organize if driven to do so.

Edit: painful realization after I posted that. My computer crashed a few days ago and my system drive got boned up and so did the mirror so I lost a ton of that detailed data. Man life sucks sometimes.....

ya I did have my system drives mirrored but was software mirror and seemed to have crashed on windows update. Still not sure what happened but primary mirror HD is toast and secondary seemed to have lost recognition of all partitions. Had to low level format from linux boot disk to recover it. Both sides of system mirror were in failure :( and on top of that my dvd rw was toast also doesn't even spin up. Was horrible week for my computer. I still have the compiled statistical data just lost the detailed data like depth and finder used, still have locations and most of the sizes.
