I estimate the item will sell for 139% - 145% with reasonable sales. The only inconvenience atm is the availability of the treasure Alkar Lattice witch is more rare that it should be, but that's expected to be fixed next vu. The rest of the materials are easy to buy, the components are easy to craft. Why do I sell it? I specialize is lower level Arkadian weapons, but I have no issues in crafting this weapon too. The main reason I sell it is because I need ped to craft. I do not know if there is any other bp out there, but this one was discovered and it may very well be the only one that will drop.
