Hey Team, if there is still a rare message from Composite, we have only two (2) drops ever. I know several ppl. who have finished the Badger Togolossi Wombana or/and NAVI mission. There are quite a lot of kills - globals - and hofs but still only two (yes 2) Composite drops. Globals last 30 days: Badger 1581 Togolossi 4116 NAVI 352 Wombana 556 Total 6605 Globals / Hofs and only two Comosite drops..... As far as i know there is even no Composite drop within the Warehouse. Why should i grind any other "Smuggler Mission" when it is nearly impossible to get the hands on the Smuggler plates? Atm my personal view is, the chance of getting bones in a mission from another planet is much higher. The chance to get theses nice plates was the reason i started the grinding (finished Togs and Badger) cheers Joey
I've not really looked into the plates and polymers/composites, but the name and graphic of polymer looks almost like is refine-able. Could composite be a mix of refined stuff perhaps and not looted at all? Maybe i totally wrong, but composite sounds like a mixed alloy of some kind. It would also explain why you not looting any, i wonder if people getting the composite are all same ava's or soc who figured out something rest of us didn't.
The two drops are confirmed (the first one was from Badger in a small global) and someone mention the 2. was from Togo. Poly don't go to the refiner.
You shouldn't. Support LA owners and hunt on their land, or simply leave the planet. No words from officials about the lack of composite drops, nor about the nerfed aakas golden door, was the reason I left Arkadia. Not coming back until I see proof of significant changes for the better.

i'm not happy about the lack of news and communication for example, the latest news on the planetarkadia website is dated August 8, 2014 facebook news are a bit better/more frequent, but 5 postings in 2016 is a bit weak performance also in my opinion facebook sucks, and only a minority uses it. yes, i know it's embedded into client loader, but how many of you look there before you click login? and how would you check it from other planets? what bothers me most, is that there's nearly no dev activity in the forums (ark and caly, don't care much about the others). why is that? is it so hard to say hello once a week? i don't get it...
Just to conclude this. By now that stuff drops fine. It is still rare or uncommon but absolutely lootable...
15 Graphene Composite found so far, see entropialife, type composite to rare loot, last found on 30th sept 16, completed stage 6 of all 4 mobs and zero found, haven't hunted underground for about 6 months now
yes and i conclude you have better chances to loot a full set of 7 graphene composite than to ever loot a decent herman UL gun...
Composite only drops from the UG mobs. I note that it's easier to loot composite than the full TT moonshine plates needed for the upgrade to smuggler plates. (I have 5 composite waiting on plates).
Requires a higher multiplier, tt value in relation to mob hp. Sounds like not much incentive to buy access before actually having a complete set. But then there is also the actual armour to be looted. Damn... so many things to do.
The moonshine armour is not bad. And one piece of Smuggler UL was looted so there are some good reasons to run the instances.
I would like to know something in a similar vein what OP asked, so I think it fits here rather than having to open another one. It is something only the devs can decide to let us know. There is more than one good reason to run these instances, yes. I'm not complaining about anything. I just still can't come to terms with an investment decision, if one can call it that. Is the total number of full Smuggler Armour sets (or the unlimited plates) which will ever be released capped? Or can everyone running the instances obtain a set eventually, just have to play the numbers game? Because if it is capped, in the extreme case to 1 set each for M and F, then only the market will determine what it takes to own. In which case one might decide that another contender is a worthy goal as well and possibly even easier, from a classic Eon to Ethereal or whatever else comes to mind. Is it possible to let us know that? Or is it out somewhere and I missed it?
I hunt quite a bit on Ark, and killed a shed load of Togs, but never been fortunate to loot a single Graphene Composite..........I have around 500 globals in WH4, but it also seems like the Moonshine Plates 1 full tt has stopped dropping. Best item I have looted in WH4 is a 60 ped esi.
