And mobs sometimes give little or no loot. You should know this by now Bond. There's no point stressing over an individual instance or mob. Some will be good. Some will be bad.
That looks like a pretty typical level 1 return, about 35 ped TT return and hope for MU items like arkoins or gears. Level 1 doesn't drop any UL swords or many other items so I consider level 1 a level for training and those who want a small number of arkoins or don't have a lot of ped to spend on a instance.
79% tt return is about normal on a 40 ped aproximate run. 20 ped for key +20 ped decay, if you ran it more eco then 20 ped decay your in the 80+% tt return range. Hunting anywhere else in EU is really no different if you kill only 174-176 mobs of that same level. Usually you don't get into that upper 80 to lower 90 percentile range until you kill 8-10 times that many mobs and get at least a chance of a 5x+ multipler of loot from one of the mobs maybe a few of them. I'd say run 8-10 instances average them all and see if your in the mid 80% tt return range, which is like a more normal hunt that gives you 85%+ tt returns. But if you just look at individual instances 79% tt return is actually a little better then the normal I'd say, with that exception of that once in a great while instance that will be even or maybe into profiting which is that multiplier I mentioned.
Like others have said, unfortunately it is the standard return for arkadian instances. If you value your peds, don't do instances period. It's worse for a newcomer then crafting.
