We received some feedback on the recent changes to the Aakas instances where we removed the stairs and replaced it with a televator. Some players are unable to see this televator, if this happened to you or someone you know ask them to raise "post processing" to low and the televator will show. Here is a picture of where it is, if you still don't see it right click in the middle of the room and choose Operate. We are working on the instances to make it more visible.
for people which don't see them, try clearing your ShaderCache in the launcher too. Televator are composed only with vfx (no 3d model i think), maybe putting a 3d object in the middle of the blue VFX will let people see only the model if shader is bugged in their computer.
Out of curiosity, why were the stairs removed? Sorry I looked for a previous post as to why, but couldn't find one.
It might have been to reduce the number of points in the models. The old apartment televators on Calypso had a base to stand on.
When you are going to fix that in the Aakas instances, perhaps some other things that keep happening could also be looked at? Like In Aakas 1, the mobs in the before last room wont spawn, so the door at (501-398-118) is staying shut. After going back to use the televator up and down again, the spawn appears. When you don't know that, you think you went the wrong way, and end up running in the wrong direction. And getting stuck on corners in the big central room (only able to get unstuck by 'T'). No biggies, but who knows; if you guys are walking around in there with a tool-belt on already?
