    Well, figured out the requirements:

    - hat: anyone
    - plushie: must have deposited (still not sure if must have deposited this year or ever; web shop purcahses confirmed to count as deposited)
    - mug: have an estate (on any planet, not necessarily on ark)

    In years previous I was able to travel to Ark from Caly and collect both sets. I have not received any on Caly yet not sure if there are any yet. On my way to Ark now.
    Update: got all 3 gifts on arrival to Ark via TP from space station.

    Visited Monria on the weekend and received 2 Caly gifts on arrival.
    Julklapp 2015 and the Snowball which has TT value max 1 ped, but came with 0.50 ped = 25 charges
    Not repairable btw. Wonder who gets a full 1 ped (50) snowballs??? :droid:

    But I really like the Ark swirl hat (wearing atm ;)) and bokol plushie which someone on rookie chat called the red dragon toy lol :)
