Can we get some kind of update on the results? It's been a few days now.

many more players would have chosen to take part <including me> if there would have been a better prize structure. 2 prizes per cat was simply not enough. also getting bullied into "normalized" scores chased a few of us away.

    Chuck,

I'm not sure why you have a problem with normalized scores. I guess I would have preferred a lower threshold for minimum time to qualify. I agree on the prize structure. Though to be fair I got a prize every time I passed a 500 point marker.

Quite the opposite. It allowed people who cannot glue themselves to the screen 24/7 to participate and stand a chance, which was a major criticism of earlier events (examples not restricted to this planet). And nobody, ever, is "getting bullied" into taking part in anything. Except by their own impulses, maybe.

Still no results yet? Talk about preferential treatment for Calypso -- they got their results (and prizes) the DAY AFTER Halloween Mayhem ended.

I can understand that this can take time, but one thing I don't really understand is why the communication for officials is like non-existant... dunno, just some basic PR thing... letting us know it's being worked on and give an eta... for example something like:

"Thank you everyone for participating in our event! We saw some amazing interest and we're really proud of all of you! We are now analyzing all logs together with MindArk and we expect to be able to come up with the list of winners by the end of next week."

Then, everyone could at least know what to expect... but in this case, absolutely no message from admins since the contest ended - neither on loader, on news or at least here on forum.

Later edit: Looks like it actually happened, I swear I had no inside info about it - hahaha. But just curious how come this appeared as being posted as "yesterday at 20:24", when it just appeared minutes ago? :))

I think it would be a good idea if the tokens we looted which are all TT value 0.01 were worth their points value instead, i.e. 1000pt token has TT value 10.00 PED then my 14000 points would be worth 140 PED instead of about 2 PED

Even with that I would have put in more than I took out but makes it easier to stand. Not that I am complaining having increased my skill points in one month more than I have in the preceding 10 months.

With large tokens having higher TT, there would be almost no chance of looting them in the lower category events.

I liked what Calypso did in last years Merry Mayhem.

Simple and effective, I lost a ton and still was happy because the rewards kept me going. Skill pills....meh.

You got to have a chance..... I didn't loot hardly any tokens, but I did contribute 18k to the loot pool, which maybe would help pay for the wine for MA's Xmas dinner!!

The skills you can gain while using those skillpills can be quite valueable - the pills i have earned in gold rush will give me an amount of skills for free for which i otherwise would have spent over 8k ped to achieve - in so far i have earned lots of evade skills plus 8k+ value worth in pills plus a chance on the prize. Gold rush was a great event this year and the flexible instances that you could enter and leave whenever it suited you were for me optimal with a 3months old as hunting advisor next to me and demanding consulting inbetween ;)
    PS: I did 127 instances...some as short as 3-4minutes...

I've taken the advise given: be patient.
So I'm patiently awaiting the results, without playing, without spending PED, and most of all, without depositing.

Guessing the results and prizes have been announced, as I thought I saw the S & B Ardenner 55 (UL) reach tier 1 yesterday.

Could someone point me right direction as to where I can see the results please....
