Hello Arkadia,
Thank you for really nice event.
Bad that i did not make to come from start, on item wave, but i hope that "item and point super drop at start" rumor was fake , and we all will be equal in point meaning.

For me 66 Hours in cat 4 was 167.000 ped spent , and 3600 ped mu .
Was not using any high mu L tools , so tt return was really great and stable.

Maybe one little problem that over all event i got only few items and it was : 4 sites, 1 scope , 4 esis , 1 gun. But as i said, i was late for start "item flood".

Thank you again Arkadia Team for way better event than was a year before .

+ big benefit that i could do mission 5 times and got 120tt evade skill that helps all hunters in game.

Still have 14h to go in Cat4 and don't know if i have the time to finish this.
65h is really hard for me.
First 24h i managed to kill around 120 mobs - after that i changed equipment, now i kill around 150 mobs in one session.
Notable loots: 1 ESI 10PED, 1 Axe TT food, 1 Carpet, 4 Arson L Chips. (3 on the first day) only a few Arkoins every run, first day was around 2.3k PED /Arkoins in 4hours.
Skill gain is great - i use pills all the time and get many skills boost too.

I don't track much but i lost around 8,5k till now.

 

i killed 2001 breeder 1 and got about 0.3 evader lvls out of it. yay!!

better thing about it was that all runs -if i did my maths right- were profitable tho it werent many.
i think it took 5 or 6 runs with last one only one hour and about 330 killed with z12+a101(~2.95dpp) each regular run. (first i did melee and only 250 killed i think.)
few small globals with two sights, one weapon and one fap and a shitload of ammo and muscle oil.

am feeling with the people who done the whole 65hrs
an amazing grindfest

I should have stopped at 65 hours!
I had a nice average per hour, but I was hoping to get a uber so I kept going back in, and got screwed.
There where 2 hours that must of been bugged and I got 35 points in 2 hours!( all 7x 5 points).
As for the winners of Cat4 I think it will be Fluske and Joda.

About 41k points total, but exceeded the 65 hours by far

 

I did exactly the same, kept thinking I was gonna loot something nice, ended up around 80 hrs.

35 points in 2 hours sounds about right!!

41k sounds bloody good to me, beats me by about 16/17k!!

At least you made a profit.......

 

For better or worse, I ended up competing in Category 1, and am now on 65.5 hours and 19840 points with over 37000 kills.
Initially, I was only going to farm the skill pills. My runs on the first few days (excluding day 1 super loot) showed best points in categories 1 and 4 by a long ways. I decided to go after pills in category 1 since I can make most efficient use of the skill gain with 1-hour duration pills instead of 5-hour ones.
About half-way though I realized I would be able to do the whole 65 hours and rather enjoying blitzing the little ants.
As for loot, the first day is the only one worth talking about. The time I spent in cat 4 yielded 6 or 7 Arson chips that I ended up using on Calypso for Halloween Mayhem. One frustration was the three rare item HoFs -- arkace tables worth less than 10 ped TT in their current condition. Big swirlies should be reserved for things of actual value, not furniture that no one wants to buy.

Now I'm really anxious for the results and hope they come out really quick like the Calypso event results did.

Edit: I couldn't leave my score below 20k and the evade mission half-done, so I put in one last hour which netted me another 1130 points.
My final score is 20970 in just under 67 hours, giving a hourly points average of ~315 which should give a final score of about 20465.

Also, I know have 68 Neurobiotic Booster A10 1mg. I valuate these at about 300 ped each which means I have over 20k ped worth. I arrive at the 300 ped value considering it takes 100 daily tokens to buy one pill from the token traders on Calypso, and 100 daily tokens also buys a CDF edition gun whose non-CDF equivalents are worth about 300 ped. It might be slightly unrealistic, but it makes me feel much better about overall turnover for this event

May I ask what weapons you used? I managed 26000 in 70-75 hours (don't know exactly due to disconnects). Thought I was pretty fast but obviously I'm deluding myself :biggrin2:

 

is the event over ? i can still see ppl going inside instances.

 

they announced it to end at 12 utc here on the forums, so i guess even if the instances are still open the points/time wont count towards the event anymore.
Some already mentioned ingame they cant enter anymore.

 

I didn't keep track... I used different Piron rifles and guns that were available on auction, -42 to -57. Early on I had smaller ones which took at least 3 shots to kill and later used 2-shot kills.
But John Black outklled both of us
I think I'm going to regret the 10+ hours I spent idle running down the clock before deciding I might have a chance! :/

There I thought calculating 4 to 6 shots was already overkill. Guess I'm not willing to spend the money to really compete. Aw, screw it, was only grinding for evade anyway and should be glad I didn't get carried away, as the last place is as good as the third one.

 

Im at 13572 points cat 3 with around 90+ hrs spent evade and skill pills were awsome ! Now its back to finishing the missions for the smugglers , cant wait to see the new instances !

 

Gratz - that should be the first place.
May i ask how many 5k Points you got?

my final score for cat2 is 14500 points. not sure about the hours but should be somewhere in the range of 71 total

 

How have you guys got so many points ?

I did 2200+ kills in cat 3 and sitting at 1900points.

I did make 2kped profit, but still my points seem hella low compared to some of the above.
