Estates I can't pick up items in my estate under the stairs

I am trying to sell my apartment and have the buyer waiting on me to clear it out.

I cannot pick up items under the stairs... they are not even target-able. I put in a support case, but thought maybe if I put it in the forum here someone has a solution that i cannot see?

 

Are you able to use the 'Select Next Target' command to select them, then the 'Pick Up' command to take them?

 

I tried that and it was a no-go, thank you so much for the idea.

 

Try to switch to OTS Camera mode then select the item to pick up

FIXED it ! I traded the apt to the buyer - then I could target the stuck items.
I pulled out the target bars for the items
he traded it back
then i could not target again
so I clicked on the bars i pulled...
hitpick up

BOOM
