It's a Land Area with standard land area tax rules and all of the tax is payed to the LA owner(s) who in this case are the AUD owners.

This is different from the CLDs which are based on PP income which comes from total activity.

I know it must be very easy for easy for you... but it just became even more confusing for me
In what way a Crafter can make a big difference by buying resources from Miners? Simply by buying a miner's resources, you would encourage mining in the Underground? Or, if you sell your loot to another player/auction... the loot is taxed... again?

If I understand correctly, the 5% Tax applies only to Loot (regular, Global, HOF etc) from Hunting and Mining.

Makes no sense as there is no special market or UG only drops that occur, so unless you're buying from someone who found Gazz stone on the UG by putting up a buying vendor(which doesn't exist to my knowledge) you cannot tell where the Ore/EnMatter/Treasure came from.
So regardless of where the person mined the resource it cannot be sold exclusively to UG crafters or miners as there is no UG Market Terminal.

I can see the dropdown in the Market Terminal when I go to Arkadia(above ground) and see it there but there is no Market Terminal(that I know of. or have found) in UG. And when I look on that tab in the Market there is never anything for sale.
