but, you probably referred of ToU Rule 8.n that says: Gambling activities are expressly forbidden in the Entropia Universe.

Than in this case I will post support ticket to MA, explaining and presenting them this event hoping for them to see the big picture of this event and my good intentions. Because I really wanna to be on a Legal side even if I walk on thin line.

One thing that you can do for me, AxeMurderer, is to buy a ticket and lets face sleeping lion together

if u ask me, I do not see this Event as gambling but more like we all working together and contribute individual in awesome events than can help also boost game-play and motivate new players but also old palyers to join in community events.

I hope for positive response from MA and I will update you all guys.

little update:
9 days ago I send support case to MA regarding this event, for now I still didnt get any respond and hope that is a good thing

so the event is still ON and ongoing and hoping for more people to join and have fun

Well I am thinking how to make more accessible to new players so I got an idea,

for ticket payment of 5ped, I will accept 2.5k of sweat but just for new players and just 5 tickets, because u know, I will need to sell that sweat also

I am not a lawyer, but from what I have heard/read:

The reason this rule is in the ToU is because in certain countries (USA?), online gambling is prohibited and/or taxed. By labelling itself as online entertainment... involving virtual credits that can be exchanged for real cash and vice versa, the law does not apply. Allowing gambling in-game would by extension make this online gambling, and thus subject to this law.
