Keep an eye out, there are three unsold booths there. It took them a while to get all2 shops and 4 apartments up, amybe the the other 2 booths will come up also.
That is quite a possibility. My opinion is that the other 2 Celeste Harbour booths probably won't be put up until after this round of auctions are over, since there are 3 concurrent shop auctions ending at the same time. Too many shops up at once would be flooding the auction.
So I'm planning to sell my "Celeste North 7 Lvl 6" estate soon. But I see no lvl6 apps in the list. What would it be worth nowadays you think?
Probably the closest on this list would be the Sanctuary Cove level 2 apartments, since both have roof spaces. Also, I know of a few lower level Celeste apartments selling at auction buyout for around 1.6 - 1.9k. Going by those, I'd estimate the price to be around 2 - 3k, or maybe even more if you find the right buyer.
Celeste North 19 sold on auction and already stocked up by its new owner! Do drop by and take a look. And with that, all the shops at Celeste North are now at running capacity.
Wow those shops sold cheap... I wish I could get one for 11k Anyways, have no UG booths ever sold? or are they listed elsewhere
Oh yeah. I bought a UG booth some time back for 14.5k. Just put that up as well. Another UG booth sold recently too, but it was a closed trade, so I don't know how much it went for unless the buyer is willing to disclose that info.
Just a thought, but would it be possible to add approximate date of sale month or at least year, as that would then show some idea of price trends.
Good idea. I'll try to look back at the records and add the approximate date. I'll probably need to tweak the table a bit as well, to make it more presentable.
I think the reason the first one ended was this; in the beginning it was a must have and everyone wanted a shop, it was something that we all have been asking for since Arkadia was formed. Where the problem lies is that any data gathered is pure speculation unless an Arkadian official comes out and confirms any and all sales of Arkadian shop deeds including those of a private trade. In the original post Cyrus did come out and say what the shops sold for on auction but the private party sales are unknown unless the parties are willing to say what they paid for their shop. You can try to compile a data sheet but it will always be incomplete unless the new and old owners are willing to release the sale info. I think the resent market value is somewhere around 15-30K for an Arkadian shop/Booth, I know many (ACTIVE) shop owners who would not sell their shop for under 15K ped. Especially if it has been upgraded with a custom front, which cost around 5k ped to customize your shop the new buyer of the shop can change the custom design when they buy it for only 500ped. It would be nice to have a way for us to judge the value of our shops but that varies on location, location, location. It’s like any other business if you are in the middle of a field your traffic will be less than if you are in the middle of town, So hence a price difference. So many factors are involved in determining the value of something but like I have always said ,“ The true value of an item is what the BUYER is willing to buy it for and the SELLER is willing to sell it for.”. But hey that is just my worth :biggrin2:

Some come on sale from time to time (for example one is being sold right now), but the prices are rather prohibitive... but if you feel it's worth, just save said money and when you see one on sale just grab it.

Shouldn't the building the Celeste Harbor Booths are in, have some sort of Sign outside to identify what's inside the building? I really didn't know what it was, I only recently looked inside it. If I am considering paying 3k or higher for a 20 item booth, it would be nice if people knew that building has booths. Plus what do you call the building if you were to advertise your booth?
Wow With 3-4 really aggressive bidders I was really Surprised to see these booths sell for so much. Celeste Harbour Booth #2 - 6600 PED Celeste Harbour Booth #3 - 8001 PED Could have seen 5k but wow... Gratz to Winners and hope the two new owners can make something great out of these booths.
