From what I have gathered through posts on this forum, the level of the mob you are hunting has an effect on your evade skilling. For example a level 10 evader is going to get little to no skill increases from swunting carabok. My questions are: Does wearing armor lessen your chances for gaining evade skills? How much higher level mobs than evade level should I be swunting to maximize my evade skill gains? My avatar is currently only a level 7 evader. Thanks to any that can answer these questions!
Bigger the mob.. the more evade you get. Evade isn't the only skill that contributes. Combat sense, unlocked later, is by shooting. Evade will come as a general byproduct of hunting and doing mission rewards for athletics, courage, perception, combat sense, evade, alertness, and so on. Just keep your def cost under 2.5% and all will come in time.
