Hello there. I am interested in buying an apartment on Arkadia and was wondering what the price range is for them. As for what I would want in an apartment, It would be nice to have a rooftop but I'm not all that fussed about it so the level wouldn't really matter to me, however I would like it to be near a teleporter. Mainly I would just like a little place of my own. Thanks for any help you can give Elaine
It really depends on where you want your apartment to be, what level you want (with or without a rooftop) and how close to the teleporter you want to be as well. If you can give us a bit more information then it would help narrow down the price range a bit. Also, you will always have several different opinions on the pricing as some believe that Ark apartments are overpriced where as others believe that they are worth what the market dictates. The long and short of it is, it is worth what you are comfortable paying for it at the time.
people were bidding on multiple apartments to make sure they got one which drove the price up, the same thing happened with the shops. Ark needs apartment blocks like Calypso, 4-5 blocks 20 levels of 8 apartments otherwise the price will always be high. MA flood the market with apartments on their planets. Or we need a complete change to the way apartment sales work otherwise quite a lot of players will never be able to own one.
For some reason I dont think thats the ideea either. Aparpments on the new planets seems to be planned to be kept expensive for different reasons. MA however flooded for a reason back then U had to pay a 10 ped a month fee for your aparpment. Something that MA in time reaslied didnt work. I think ND might have some going that still charges rent. So basicly MA wanted a montly income from this but failed big time. Personaly I hate the complexes as they are as bad as it gets imo . Put up houses castles etc for ppl to buy and ad more stuff that has collectors value and we would c a whole new cash flow into this im guessing.
The view has a great impact on the apartment price as well as the floor. A level 1 might go for 400Ped, Level 5 1000-1500Ped, a Level 6 + roof can go for anywhere between 2000-3000Ped depending on location. I doubt any owner of a level 6 with nice views will let it go for less than 2500Ped.
Needing Are there any apartments on Santuary Cove? I need one and if someone has one or knows who the estate manager is please let me know. thank you.
i pmed hawking back when i was looking and he does own sant cove, but does not hold all the apartment deeds yet, this was a month or 2 ago. in my opionion, sant cove are best apartments if you just want somewhere to call your own. id be all up for owning a house or castle someday, but i didnt want to spend that many peds. gl with yalls searches
