Items Stuck

    I have 28 items stuck in the walls and floor of my apartment. Is there anyway to get them out of there. My home is not showing up on the map either.
    In game name : Nitro SC Nitro
    Apartment : Celeste North 2 level 6

    Hi S.C

    I'm looking into your apartment issue for you.

    I have a few questions for you.
    Did the items dissapear after the latest patch or before that?
    Do you have the estate deed in your inventory?

    Also I would advise that you log a support case to have the items moved back into your inventory and message me the details so I can followup with support regarding it.

    Back in the days I owned several apartments that type of thing happened a lot... support tickets usually were the solution. Just ask them to move the stuff from the estate to your inventory, and they usually can do it rather quickly.

    The way you place items and what direction they are rotated can sometimes cause this type of thing to happen... really depends on the way the estate is set up and where the 'wall' borders (red lines in visualize) are located. Some estates have funky borders that zig zag all over the place behind walls, floors, ceilings, etc. Also, some items can be turned in various rotations that cause major problems... like if you rotate an l-quent sideboard at the very corner of a room so that it sticks mainly outside of the red line borders, etc.

    To be honest Chris I'm not sure when the disappeared. I received the apartment on Tuesday and the items were missing. The 28 items actually belong anthony ranger morris. I was going to give them back once they got back into my inventory. My estate deed is in Arkadia storage at the moment and my support case number is 284453. I logged a support case on Tuesday when we wasn't able to pick up the rest of the items.

    Chris any idea when this will get fixed?
