Btw, I didn't really understand why the MA webshop started to sell the Starter Packs during the pre-release event.

I'm pretty sure these prizes were paid for by Arkadia Studios. They were two completely separate events. PPs are not treated equally, nor do they run their events the same way. Calypso always messes up their prizes or ranking in some way, it's just a fact of life.

It was a PP event and as far as PP events go it should be clear who supply the prizes, in this case Planet Arkadia and not MindArk and if some other PP did it correct from the start they wouldn't feel the need to supply 5 more prizes.

Still not happy, send me a PM and we go from there. No need for anyone to get upset or anything based on misunderstandings or anything else.

Well I didn't want to post this here first and went through the support route unsuccesfully by now.
So here my experience of this event:

After days of grinding those thugs while my sis kept fapping me we suddenly had a low 34 ped global, followed by a qualifying one. Those had been the only 2 globals during the entire event that we managed to get.

As you can see my sis did not get any ammo out of those 73K+ cells. She fapped me and I killed it entirely.
Now we can see my sis is listed as the winner here. In fact I would have loved her to win it, had she not already purchased the gold starter package from the shop the moment she could. So in this case it is total nonsense as she now has 2 (untradable) sets of this armor. My reply to this issue from support was:
