Stuck Sal'diresh instances bugged?

I try today instance vault key 2 and this is not working. I open a team and do rightclick in door inside Arkadia Underground, and operate option is not showing, so i cannot start vault instance.

 

Instances have been disabled until the issues have been sorted out.

Hi Guys

The Aakas instances still have some issues and we decided not to enable them yet.
The Underground instances seemed to work without issues so they are enabled.

Any news about bugged instances compensation?

Support case has been open 28 days for that aakas 03 instance without any updates or refund.

I know its not so much on peds, but should be nice to get atleast key value back,
because cant complete that instance.
And it was clearly bug because i fall through floor and died every time for fall dmg.

 

29 days without any reply from support.

 

Still nothing from support, 32 days gone so far.
