Nice to see a log about AU mining. One thing I don't really understand (as a beginner in mining): why does it feel like a loss? Isn't the result in the positive, even if it is a low MU? Sorry, it took me so long to respond to this.... MU is very important, you want to get as much MU from all your resources, which everyone knows, but you especially do from your hofs and globals... When you miss out on MU from a hof, you will feel it in later losses, like my last two runs! If I had hit my hofs on something with 140% MU, I would have a lot more ped to counter these runs. There is a lot more to it, but it would take up to much time! Also, just a side note, though I would recommend all miners to go for MU, I won't necessarily be doing that in this log. -Three

Ahh the wonderful world of amp gambling. This is a good per run log to see roughly how the people using amps get rebalanced with massive claims every so often. If you can hang in there financially it will catch you up with one really big claim. Personally I don't mine like this as its too much like masturbating and never getting to finish. I like a stable claim rate where I can count on nearly the same tt return every run and know where I stand. On the other hand I don't have disposable income to do things like this so I fiscally can not. If I did I would probably do the same as this sadly is the only way to move forward in EU as a miner any more. That UL amp will make a huge difference opposed to the L crap. I used a half full tt terra 4 down there the other day I made ( machine didn't use the res I had checked when I made it) and didnt get one single claim with it. Same with the terra 4 finder. It has yet to get a claim down there as well. Anyway I look forward to seeing how you do down there as this is all public to see and you know how all that works in EU.
