Stuck Sal'diresh instances bugged?

So today I decided to run another one of them Sal'diresh's Vault 3 and and quite possibly ran into something that could be a bug (either that, or I´m doing something wrong) :

Apparently, I´m not allowed to go any further? Am I doing something wrong?

Oh right, I´m really sorry about that, I have now adjusted the settings for the video, and hopefully It should be working now.

 

Inspiring music. But yeah looks like you got a problem with an invisible wall.

 

Yesterday i tryed doing aakas 03 instance, there was also invisible wall near entrance but managed to go past it.
Inside there was that place where is yarrijaks inside cave, but all those mobs was under surface so no way to kill those.
And if i tryed to go past that area i keep falling under surface and died instantly for fall dmg so cant complete it.
Sended bug report for support about it.

 

Have instances been disabled this VU? I can´t seem to enter the aakas area either

 

There was first invisible wall in aakas entrance cave, but yesterday i managed to get in after relogging.

 

I still havent got any reply from support so i think its best not to try go in aakas atm,
if those all are bugged so dont loose key+ammo.

 

This is odd.

I can not replicate this issue in the test environment. Did this start sins the recent patch ?

I have also heard of a few reports of invisible walls all over Arkadia sins the patch.

The only thing I can find in the test server however is missing terrain in the instances but not quite the same as a reported vid shows (the area is the same but far worse in test then in the vid) and I know this issue is from after the last partner VU when we had to make a few system changes on our side and haven't been deployed to the live servers.

 

I Have asked MA to disable all instances for now untill these issues are sorted.

 

Sigh! I wish I had read this post before trying to do vault 3.

I'm having the same "invisible wall" as Alis4311.

Is there any way to get the vault key refunded?

I am apparently stuck inside of the instance as well. ><

 

Yes I have told support to refund players affected with this issue. Please submit a support case so support can access the logs and refund you correctly.

Looking forward to checking out the vaults once they are fixed. Are all the Vault instances broken or is it just #3? I have quite a few maps.

 

I haven´t had any issues at all with instances prior to the recent patch and I´ve been running a few of them. I think it's safe to assume that the issue was introduced with the recent patch.

From a spot check it appears all the instance currently have some issue or another. Some players does not appear to have issues as the logs show some players have competed these instances sins the patch somehow. For now all instances are disabled untill the issue can be solved or untill we are sure that a specific instance level does not have this issue.

i didnt have any issues before on instances,
but i havent tryed those for few week,
that aakas 03 was first on this month, so i think its related these latest patches.

 

I was checking Entropiaforum and there was also thread about aakas 03 bug and also video,
place on that video is exact same spot which i had problems.
Only i just kept falling and died instantly without seeing any abyss and mobs was there also where i landed dead.
