    Hello all!

Today I saw the miracle of the planet toulan, and I realized that I must stop crafting all GYRO-series FAP
    Here is the screenshot:

    As you can see,
    18 lvl requirement
    , with Good (eco 10+) durability (and 40+ HP/s).

Now in comparsion with 18 lvl GYRO Combat FAP 22:

18 lvl requirement, with Above Average (eco 7) durability (and 18+ HP/s)

Do you think that here is a reason to manufacture (and use) GYRO (or all other type) FAP?
I think no. New FAP is crafted (not looted) and is a cheat tool IMO.
The current market will be full destroyed by these FAP's from Toulan.

All the faps from Toulan appear to be unbalanced. I think that's their "unique" attribute, just like Arkadia had good eco crafted L weapons and Cyrene has good eco UL guns. They'll be the only ones allowed to make uber faps for a couple years then other planets will be allowed to undercut them.

It really messes with other planets' systems (fap and armor balancing) but on the other hand I think faps and armor costs have been too high, once you get past the mentoring armor... considering how hard it is to find a mob that has any MU at all.

I depends on the mu of the fap and availability of whatever hard to get resources it may need, but does look interesting.

Time to go on Toulan to catch these BP's (or maybe BP's on motherships lol). Who wants MS BP?!!! Sure we catch it there... ;) Sakuba and Granny will be glad!

About FAP's... it is very similar to the extractor from rock (noob extractor Demonic Excavator MK-I (L)), eff./pec when it will be introduced was about 380...

Will they ever decrease the eco on these? Cuz I don't want to get one, and then after a VU they get nerfed and aren't not as good as they used to be :/

The toulan faps are seriously out of line with the rest of the universe. It makes me really question MA's thoroughness in the review process of implemeting new items.

I'm 90% sure after some outcry they will be nerfed in a VU or two, but it could just be the materials are getting into balance and the faps will soon be 200-300%.

Sure they will. Just as I sold cheaply (expecting it to become a tt food soon) my T-105 and bought Cyrene's tt refiner - they nerfed it :D

Today (after trip to Toulan), I discovered Sabad M3 (L) finder... Sure also cheat tool :)

    Here is the stats:

    View attachment 9238

In addition, decay is 1.105 PEC.
    1.1 lvl!
    500 m depth...

    Close to MD-50.

I think all on Toulan need a great nerf ... or other PP will be disadvantaged.

Maybe all that is intended (for a short while), as a kickstart for the young PP.

I can name one minus of Toulan.
Vehicles can not be used there, so miner work is terrible, and mobs respawn very quickly and 50% of them is very agressive (they are not hard, but they annoying). But this fact changes nothing. TP chip works there, and there is very attractive tools. But all this still wrong!

It's not new beginning, it's silly, since Toulan 100% kills the economy of all other planets
At a minimum, it is necessary to raise the required level for use these tools...

adapt or die. That's Mindark's way. BLP stuff on Ark in the TT was seen in the same way by old time Calypso crafters when it first came out.

No actually it wasn't. Let's put it into proper perspective….

Arkadia's weapons were at most about 5% better eco than what others were using. The proper comparison would be if Arkadia had released weapons that did 60 dps at good eco, maxed at level 5.

The toulan finders' skill level gives a week/month-old newbie the same tools as a 4 year old miner. Depths that previously required level 25 you can now attain with level 2.8 or so. Most likely, the balancing department was all fired and not yet replaced. This would explain a lot of things, so I'm going with this explanation.

Before you say you looked parameters? Or is it just nonsense you speak without the use of arguments?
You must remember rebalance at Arkadia, rebalance of Demonic Extractor, but here all tools are exclusive

The Fanoos and Sabad tools have been adjusted to be more in line with other tools of appropriate skill levels. I will try and update entropedia for the ones I have... if entropedia will let me.

    Edit: Entropedia isn't letting me....
