Important! Arkadia Underground Deeds Delay

We are currently having some teething problems with the Arkadia Underground Deeds and as a result can not start listing the deeds at this moment.

MA is working on resolving this issue.

Further info will be posted here when we can give an accurate time frame for a resolution and when we will start listing the deeds on the auction.

Some Clarity Desired

Hi,
Looking for some clarity on this. So at this point, the deeds are delayed to VU next week, does this mean that you guys will first auction batches, like originally planned? Or just drop them on the Land Manager that was mentioned? I really want to be prepared to buy deed's as soon as they are possible as I've heard many rumor's of CLD's being sold in mass on Calypso and I'm not prepared to compete with players that have massive PED cards. I just want to buy a few and don't want to miss out. Thanks for any information and keep up the great job, lovin all the additions!

Any chance you could tax the instances so that would help out with the deed income?

 

lol isn't 70% tt return in instances bad enough? that way noone will do the instances

Didn't take long for the flipping to begin.

 

Deeds are available, i bought some, ty David and Chris!

 

A few notes about using the broker: extract your peds from ped card first, then operate the broker. Then select quantity and click Buy. You will open a second little window where you drag your peds in. If your purchase is not successful the peds should be returned to you inventory, but you may have to close and reopen the inventory window for them to become visible.

 

Got a bunch after some waiting. Seems they replenish automatically after a little while (<30 min). No reason to feed the resellers.

 

i guess i'm a bit late with asking, but does anyone know when the payout will be (daily/weekly?) and if there is a minimum threshold that much be reached (like 50 pec?) before the payout?

 

I just hope it allows for payout below 0.01 ped unlike CLDs.
