This is a public notice that Giuliano adm Noooo has loaned the use of the estate located on LA 1 (190080, 9070) to me, as representative for Radio Arkadia for use as a venue. This is an indefinite loan, and with collateral. I am publicly putting my reputation that I will not be selling his deed, and this notice is to make sure that the whole community knows that although I will keep the deed in my own inventory, I may not sell it.
Awesome news for the radio and it will be an honor to have use of the estate. A lot of trust has been put in you. You've earned it - I'm proud to be part of Radio Arkadia!
I am happy to offer the mansion to Radio Arkadia, the Estate is in front of Teleporter and seems designed as a discobar , I am sure you guys will make good use of it.
