Anyone else having issues with the white light washout coming from candles & flames. It started after the VU, and its real hard to navigate through the blinding light. Iv'e tried it on several computers and they all have the same issue in instances after this latest VU.

    ???

That bug is nearly a year old now. Tomten do it, Apartment windows do it, Some lights for apartments will do it depending on the height they are set. Doesn't seem like any one is interested in resolving it as people have done supports and talked about it in the forums the entire time its been going on.

in 64-bit is ok, when you switch to 32-bit you got that light. Try to change shaders in advanced options.

    Sorry I couldn't resist :D

Interesting that the 64bit clients don't suffer this problem and the 32 ones do? Maybe thats an indication as to a solution?

In advanced graphics options I turned my shading quality to medium, no more blinding light. I was currently blinded by a tombletoss and when I changed the setting the excess light went away.
