At Sanctuary Cove, there is an invisible water surface some 10 meters up in the air. It affects VTOLS, helicopters etc. You can go up through it, but then NOT down to the ground again. The wind effect under the VTOL is visible on the surface in the air, this is the only time you can see it. Also, I met a guy with a boat, and it kept going up into the air when he drove it, maybe related to the invisible water surface in the air, too? /Mats
Thanks Mats, we have discovered the cause of the issue and are working to have it resolved in the first patch. Appreciate you taking the time to pass the info on.
It's actually everywhere in Arkadia as far as I've seen. Course I've only been to the area around Sanctuary and around the Academy.
ah that would explain why I couldn't spawn my boat in the water there, it was trying to spawn it on the bottom of the river.
Here too, anytime I try to spawn any vehicle (hovercraft, pitbull, heli) they all were doing strange things. Wouldn't move, bounce in the air. No matter what area of water I was near.
i flew around most of the day yesterday, and didnt seem to have this problem at all. the only issue i had was...somewhere i seemed to have missplaced my uberloot hof...going back on after work to find it
This issue seems to be fixed now, I have been back there with my VTOL and now I could land just fine. /Mats
