see title, any news on when this will be fixed? You have about 7 people atleast who can't use your planet cause they cant get access to it. EDIT: Sorry this is the wrong forum, move this please.
Are you in the correct Genesis? If not you will need to TP down to whichever planet you are on and then TP across to Arkadia.
We have run 2 avatars through the Genesis to test it and the teleporter works fine. Can you get a screen shot of a message coming up? If you press M, you will see a map - check that you are on Arkadia Starting area. You should only be in that area if you joined via the Arkadia website.
Can confirm that signing up through the Akadia website takes me to Genesis. Radar says Arkadia Starting Area. Downloading Arkadia content now. Might be good to tell people that it is a bit laggy since you are downloading content while running around Genesis. Lag is really tiny for me though, looks really promising for my computer to run the game at high settings.
I'm confused from what I've read on how to get to Arkadia. I'm parked at a Rocktropia TP, packed & ready. Do I have to go to Calypso and then from there to Arkadia? That's a lot in TP fees. Not understanding why this double TP trip is necessary. Still at work, trying to understand what I have to do when I get home.
If I am correct you should be able to step into the TP choose the planet and off you go. I think you land at Celest harbour. What they are talking about above is if you choose to go to the Arkadia website and download the game you will start at Genisis as a new player.
No you do not have to go to Calypso. The issue relates to Genesis which is the new players first arrival point before heading to the planet. I am yet to get confirmation of whether the issue occurred on Arkadia's Genesis or a different one. If you are already in the game, then you just select Planet Arkadia in the Teleporter list.
I'm having the same issue as Yirrk. I'm also in Rocktropia and there's no Arkadia on the planet list. I checked about 3 times on the launch day about 5 hours apart each time and nothing. I just thought the launch was delayed til I saw that Intern game ended already. I clicked on the Download button on the Arkadia homepage to see if that rectifies the issue and I'm gonna check right now. EDIT: Well Arkadia now shows up on the Planet Roster on the launch screen which wasn't happening before but now the program crashes on loading after logging in. *sigh* Gonna restart my PC and try again. EDIT 2: Ok it's all downloaded and working now and I sold off some vehicles so I could make it to Arkadia.
