I have a question to the A-Team, as soon only this planet partner going through with the understanding of the issues of concern to the players (IMO). Maybe there a possibility to limit the summon on a single planet? I dont plan fly to Calypso anymore, maybe you can apply patch with summon restrictions or changes only for Planet Arkadia? Or do something else by a A-Team, so as not to suffer even novices. I dont accidentally clicked on the summons, but it can make a novice, and I think that the A-Team are interested in the growth and save player base on Arkadia. They can leave the game because of unexpected summon, and I think A-Team will do everything in order to remove this threat. "Summon restriction" may be great solution for this problem! We already have a restriction for the transport spawn in Celeste Quarry, why not do summon too? Allow the summon only in a particular area, such as Celeste Quarry or Celeste Harbour Any other solutions with no platform changes?
If you don't want a summons then ask the owner of the MS who is summoning you to take you off the GL. Alternatively, next time you are summoned remove yourself at the terminal on board. Newbies won't be summoned, as they are not on the GL anywhere!

Andy I don't think they can partially disable or manage rights to summon for given area. System is simple and has flaws that's all. It can be fixed pretty easily but MA has weird policy regarding fixes, patches and very long development process ;/ Only quick fixes i remember are those patching up cash and duplication exploit When company would be loosing a lot of money fast and in direct way. Like BP bought for 1 pec and sold to tt for 1ped few years ago when carpentry where introduced Looks like summoning has still pretty low priority for MA or maybe there are other reasons. We will never know because MA doesn't communicate with anyone except PP I guess that only thing ATeam can do is to contact responsible team and keep spaming them with messages regarding summon issue

You have to remember that only a small percent of players actually read the forums, so it's very possible for a "real" player to not catch news like this.
Oops! Mea Culpa. When I posted I was in the middle of other things, and I had forgotten about the scams. This was partly because hadn't seen any scams, as I normally live in 'unpopulated' areas. Have there been any such at Ark? I've seen a claim that there hasn't been - possibly because of the numbers of people at any one place being too low.
