   The current Arkadia booths at Celeste Quarry have 20 item points. As you can see in game, all owners are using 18/20 to hold shopkeepers. Is there no way we can apply to upgrade the booths by 10 points?
   
   Also when are the extra booths at the quarry and Celeste harbour going on sale?
