Hey, Where's My Million?

If you joined the Entropia Universe because you’ve seen the videos, read the articles, believed the hype and thought to yourself it’s so easy, you are like the gambler who drops his last poker chip and goes all in with a pair of 4’s and implodes when shown two Kings.

I’ve spent a pretty penny through the years buying game consoles, joining online gaming websites for fun. To take my mind of all my troubles of a daily life. Here in Arkedia Planet I can do that and maybe come out even but if not, no one will take the good times away. And yea, no money needs to exchange hands but more things can be done with PEDS than without.

My experience living in Planet Arkedia is a pleasant one even though I had issues uploading the game. Once in first comers are offered a tutorial given a chance to modify the avatar’s appearance and sent off on missions where free gifts are received through the different stages. I will advise on taking care of them as they will come handy when full residency is reached. From there you are at liberty to do with your virtual life as you wish. There is no worries of some one attacking you while you are not in game and loot you like in a certain on line game I played for two years. Won’t mention no names but vestas and historical figures are involved.

While doing my daily shores at Arkedia I tend to keep to myself trying not to be too chatty and just take in the view. Hoping to hit the mother load because yea……I plan on hitting my first million’s worth of Oil here on Planet Arkedia.

Was not my intent to annoy anyone. just that when I first wrote it black text appeared and even I couldn't read it. and besides, I'm still learning how to work this thing.

 

Thanks for the post, Bandido. About the text color... there are multiple themes for the forum (you can choose it in the very lower left corner of this page) and some of them are dark background, some light. So it's best to always use the "default" color for text. There is a button in the upper left corner of the edit field, called "Remove Format". Select all your text and click that button, and it will remove any formatting make your text "default"; that means it will display dark text to people using light backgrounds and light text to people using dark backgrounds.

 

Just don't use custom color fonts, unless you know, what are you doing.
And it will be fine in any forum skin.

 

Dont use any formatting and it should come out good to read for everyone, just like Neil explained also take in what Nikto said please

This guy is a really nice fellow, he's learning his way into the game and enjoying each step. He's pretty new to MMO in general having played more browser based games before. He's going good guns though and already he's helped me advise newer disciples with advice from me that clearly has stuck. What more could a mentor ask for?

Ban, I'm hoping your stay in our Soc will be a long one and that you decide to stay with us after you grad and beyond, there's much to see and you'll enjoy the journey no doubt ^^

Don't worry, only way I'm leaving ya' is if you kick me out. hope for our group to grow and make good things happen. but during the day I'm stuck at work with no access to Arkedia so I read the Forums instead. almost quiting time though.
