hi there fellow arkadians, i recently looted a pair of GUNNARS male version. i was so happy when i red the description on the item stating that the virtual item comes packaged with the real version of the glasses. after some research i've come across a post in this forum stating that the item description is wrong. well i was a bit dissapointed but ... oh well ... now i would like to sell the virtual glasses but i have no idea what would be a fair price. so i'm calling for your help to set a decent price for the glasses and eventualy find a buyer. thank you. cheers Robotzel

your ingame glasses are probably worth more than the RL pair Was so excited to buy a pair of the Vayper for 400 ped of arkoins... Than you go online and look... only to find a higher end pair of GUNNAR glasses on sale for under 40 USD, the retail on those was 180. What a great promotion... ooops!
firstly for 40k arkoins it is $40 TT about $60 ~ $70 inc markup, if you were to go and loot these arkoins it would cost you a lot more PED and time but you do have a chance of looting other nice items or just loose all your PED doing it $180 GUNNAR's for under $40? show me the link? i would of got the promotional email for this as i am registered with the site and also been looking at them on the site as i purchased some... so yes this is a good promotion as it is enabling you convert your PED into real world items at a higher value than your in-game PED even at mu value
It was on woot.com a couple weeks ago, it was a 178.00 retail pair of GUNNAR glasses, forgot the exact name. they where asking under 40.00 USD. Needless to say the minute I found that out I took the ticket to the auction house. Keep a look on steep and cheap and those type of sites.
personal don't like sites like woot.com they are most likely end of line products that don't really matter tho... but it could also be stuff they have got cheap that might have slight cosmetic defects or not passed the QC :s who knows... anyhow i think the M in-game ones have sold for about 400 ped
I queried this subject with the A-Team and they passed on from the GUNNARs team the following: All GUNNARs brand glasses that are/were being sold on woot.com were discontinued lines. GUNNARs basically gave them away to get rid of old stock. At this point in time they do not have any old stock and everything has been sold out. The Vayprs would never sell for the prices stated above. Are the glasses being sold on woot.com of the same quality? Yes, they are genuine GUNNARs glasses, but they are not the the same product lines as you will be able to see. ------- I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
