This is true, but i do appreciate the bump Stephan, as KikkiJikki said, you can buy key 1 bps from the technician for 1 pec. You can also find them in the auction where people try to sell them for more than the technician charges... the only reason to buy a key 1 (or other technician bp) from auction is if you want a higher quality rating (as the bp is used, the quality rating goes up).
